| ■ テフロン製ノズレスMade of Teflon |
標準品に用いているエンジニアリングプラスチックのPPSはスーパーエンプラと評されるくらい優れた耐熱・耐薬品性を持ち多用途に汎用的にご使用いただけます。
ただし、フッ酸、硝酸や濃硫酸等の一部強酸には難がありますので、これらの強酸についてはテフロンのご利用をおすすめします。 PPS, engineering plastics used for the standard models of NOZZLLESS, is superior in chemical and heat resistances, and therefore it is also called "Super Engineering Plastics”. It is widely used multi-purpose applications.
It, however, does not have enough resistence to some strong acids such as hydrogen fluoride acid, nitric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid. |

| ■ チタン製ノズレスMade of Titanium |
これほどあらゆる特性に優れた加工金属素材はないでしょう。チタン製ノズレスも製作しています。
軽さはステンレスの60％、300℃でも変わらない強度、-200℃以下でも安定している低温特性、そして優れた耐薬品特性など・・・卓越したチタンの特性により目づまりしないシャワーを実現します。高温腐食性ガス中でのシャワーなどに最適です。
Titanium is probably superior in all the characteristics to any other processing metals.
Titanium's specific gravity is 60% of that of stainless steel, and it has a stable strength under a high temperature up to 300℃, stable low-temperature characteristics even below -200℃, a superior chemical resistance, etc. |

取付部が１インチを超える超大型ノズレスの製作もしております。
400・/min（2kg/cm2時）を超える大量吐出タイプまで製作しています。
材質は黄銅、ステンレス（SUS304、316L）などご要望にお応えしています。
TBig-size NOZZLLESS with the connection size of 2″is available.
Models for a big spray volume up to 400 liter/min. (at 0.2MPa) are also available.
NOZZLLESS is made of brass, stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316L), etc. in accordance with customers' requirements. |

取付部１分（１/８"）の超小型ノズレスの製作もしております 1.2L(Liter)/minや1.8L(Liter)/分（１kg/cm2時）の少量吐出モデルの製作もしております。材質は、黄銅、ステンレス（SUS304、３１６L）、テフロン、チタンなどご要望にお応えしています。。
Small NOZZLESS with the connection size of 1/8″is available.
NOZZLLESS for a small spray volume of 1.2 liters/min. and of 1.8 liters/min. (at 0.1MPa) is also available.
